Refunds for Non-Approved Tools
If a product you submit for approval is not accepted by Launch IT (Fast), you may request a refund. The request must be submitted within 3 calendar days from the date you receive the rejection notice.
No Refunds for Published Tools
Once a product has been approved, paid for, and published on our website, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.
No Refunds for Sponsorships
Sponsorship packages, whether weekly or monthly, are non-refundable. All sponsorship purchases are final.
Final Sale Terms
Except in the case of tools that are not approved, all sales made through Launch IT (Fast) are considered final.
How to Request a Refund

Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
