We moved Featured to the top of the homepage
Hey,
We changed where Featured startups live on LaunchIt, and it matters if you want eyeballs on your product.
Featured is now in the hero. The homepage headline has four featured startups on each side of it, logo, name and one line about what you do. It is the first thing a visitor sees, before the leaderboard, before any scrolling. When more than eight startups are featured, the set rotates every ten seconds so everyone gets equal time up there.
That comes on top of everything Featured already included:
- Your card in the sidebar of every tool page and at the top of categories and search
- The featured strip under the header on mobile, where the sidebar disappears
- A permanent listing page that keeps working long after launch day
No launch-day scramble. No asking your list to upvote at midnight. Your product is just there, every day, for as long as you stay featured.
